Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Offers and product information

The fragrances come from original branded bottles and are decanted by us into smaller quantities (e.g. 2 ml, 5 ml and 10 ml). We do not sell original branded bottles.

Free fragrance samples are offered voluntarily and without legal entitlement. A maximum of one free sample is provided per order for purchases of CHF 30 or more. Customers cannot choose the fragrance or quantity. In the event of technical errors, multiple selections or misuse, we reserve the right to adjust or remove the free gift. Minimum order value: CHF 10 per order. Orders below this amount cannot be completed for technical reasons.

Our decants are sourced from original branded perfumes. We are not affiliated with the brands mentioned. All trademark rights belong to their respective owners.

 

Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable.

Prices are subject to change and errors are excepted.

 

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is available within Switzerland.

Orders are shipped free of charge by A Mail within 24 hours of payment being received (for payments received by 5:00 pm).

Risk passes to the buyer when the shipment is handed over to Swiss Post.

International orders are available on request. The minimum order value is CHF 75. Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination country.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available:

• Twint

• advance payment (bank transfer)

 • Paypal / Kreditkarten / ApplePay / GooglePay usw.

Payment information is sent by email after the order has been placed. The order is shipped once payment has been received. Collection is not available.

 

Returns and cancellation

As perfume decants are hygiene products, returns are excluded once the goods have been opened or tested.

Unopened products may be returned within 60 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

 

Liability

The shop is liable only for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. No liability is accepted for damage resulting from improper handling, storage or use of the products.

 

Data protection

Personal data is treated confidentially and used only in accordance with applicable data protection law (FADP). It is disclosed to third parties only where necessary to process an order, for example to shipping providers.

 

Retention of title

The delivered products remain the property of the seller until payment has been made in full.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively.

Unless otherwise required by law, the place of jurisdiction is the seller’s registered office.
