Shipping method and delivery time
All orders are shipped with Swiss Post. At checkout, you can choose regular A Mail, A Mail Plus or registered mail.
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment being received.
Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein generally takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
Shipping costs
- Regular A Mail without tracking: CHF 4.90, free from CHF 50 merchandise value after discounts.
- A Mail Plus with tracking: CHF 6.90 per order, regardless of order value.
- Registered mail: CHF 8.90 per order, regardless of order value.
Free shipping applies exclusively to regular A Mail. These amounts are the total shipping costs, including packaging. There is no minimum order value.
Shipping confirmation
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
A shipping confirmation can be provided on request if required.
Shipping area
Shipping is available exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Responsibility during shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and sent with Swiss Post. For uninsured shipping, delivery is at the buyer’s risk. A Mail Plus and registered mail with tracking can be selected at checkout. Please report any shipping damage within 2 days of receipt and include a photo.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete, the buyer bears the cost of reshipping.
