Shipping policy

Shipping method and delivery time

All orders are shipped by Swiss Post using A Mail.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment being received.

Delivery within Switzerland generally takes 1 to 2 working days.

International orders are available on request. The minimum order value is CHF 75. Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination country.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for all orders.

No additional packaging or handling fees are charged.

Shipping confirmation

After shipment, you will receive an email with the order confirmation.

A shipping confirmation can be provided on request if required.

Shipping area

Shipping is available exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Responsibility during shipping

Orders are carefully packaged and sent by A Mail. For uninsured shipping, delivery is at the buyer’s risk. Tracked shipping is available on request. Please report any shipping damage within 2 days of receipt and include a photo.

 

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

If a shipment cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete, the buyer bears the cost of reshipping.
