Everything you need to know about our fragrance decants, authenticity and shipping.

What is a fragrance decant?

A fragrance decant, sometimes called a perfume sample, contains a smaller quantity of an original perfume. It is transferred from the original bottle into a handy atomizer after your order, so you can test the fragrance on your skin and in everyday life.

Are the fragrances guaranteed to be authentic?

Yes. We only use original fragrances from verified original bottles. Each decant is carefully prepared by DFP, independently of the respective fragrance brand.

Which sizes can I order?

Depending on the fragrance, 2 ml, 3 ml, 5 ml or 10 ml are available. You can see the sizes currently in stock directly on the relevant product page.

How long does a decant last?

This depends on how often and how generously you spray. A 2 ml decant is ideal for testing a fragrance over several days. A 5 ml or 10 ml decant is suitable if you want to wear it for longer or take it with you when travelling.

Is the original bottle shown included?

No. You are purchasing the selected amount of fragrance in a DFP atomizer. The original bottle shown in the product images is used to identify and present the fragrance, but it is not part of the offer.

What are the minimum order value and shipping costs?

The minimum order value is CHF 10. A Mail shipping within Switzerland is free. You can select A Mail Plus with tracking at checkout for an additional charge.

Can I track my shipment?

Tracking is available with A Mail Plus. Free standard A Mail shipping does not include tracking. If you would like a tracking number, select A Mail Plus at checkout.

Will I receive a free sample?

For orders of CHF 30 or more, we automatically include a complimentary 1 ml surprise sample. No discount code is required.

When will my order be shipped?

Every decant is freshly prepared after you place your order and then shipped as quickly as possible with Swiss Post. The estimated delivery time is displayed in the shop.
