General information

You may cancel your order or return the goods under the conditions below.

The right of cancellation applies exclusively to unopened and unused products.

Exclusion of the right of cancellation

Our perfume decants are considered hygiene products. Cancellation is therefore excluded once the goods have been opened or tested.

Opened bottles or damaged packaging cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

Cancellation period

Unopened products may be returned within 60 days of receipt.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to contact us before it expires.

 

Return procedure

Before returning an item, please contact us by email at info@dfp-fragrance.ch.

We will then confirm the return address and procedure.

Returns are made at your own expense and risk.

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Return conditions

• The goods must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

• Labels and packaging must not have been removed or altered.

• Returns made without prior contact cannot be processed.

Return address

The return address will be sent to you by email once we have confirmed your return.

7. Legal basis

Swiss law applies exclusively.

The provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations and the Federal Act on Data Protection apply.
